Using VLAN, STP, HSRP, Static Routing, EIGRP, OSPF, VRF, BGP, port Chanel, VPC. Configuration and troubleshooting of Citrix NetScaler(VS, CS, services, responder and redirect policy). Configuration and troubleshooting of F5 LTM, GTM and Azure cloud. Configuration and troubleshooting of RG, VNAT, NSG, LB VIP on Azure cloud. Configuration and troubleshooting of Remote VPN and Site to site VPN on ASA firewall. Configuration and troubleshooting of L2 and L3 protocols like Vlan, STP, and VTP, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP. Firewall (Cisco ASA & Palo Alto) & LB (Citrix) configuration changes as per the business requirement. Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting of Networking Equipment’s: Routers, Switches, & Firewall. Very Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SMTP, FTP, TFTP). Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Routers (2911, ASR 9001) using RIP, OSPF and EIGRP Knowledge of Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS/ MPLS lite), Voice over IP (VoIP). Well understanding of Bridging and switching concepts and LAN technologies. Experience in IP addressing and sub-netting. Working with Cisco TAC on escalated issues. Very Good knowledge of HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, NAT, PAT. Working on HPSM ticketing system to address customers Network related issues. Configuration and troubleshooting DHCP Client/Server and DNS. Very good understanding of Citrix NetScaler, NetScaler gateway & F-5 load balancer.
