I am handling the full life cycle of Recruitment & Selection, Screening & Shortlisting Candidates, Conducting Interviews & Making offers accordingly, onboarding new Hires, Documentation, Joining & Exit Formalities, background check of new Joiners, Job analysis and job design.I also want to take on more responsibilities in this field.
