Plant Controller for Alternator Plant, responsible for Manufacturing expenses analysis, Forecast, Budgeting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inventory reporting, Indirect purchases Approvals, Indirect taxation and Audit Matters.- Responsible for Cost controlling of the plant.- Month end Closure activities related to plant which includes Capitalization of Assets, Manufacturing expenses provision, Variance Analysis, Goods in Transit, Export incentive accruals, Excise on Closing stock, WIP Provision, PPV Analysis etc..- MIS related to Capital Asset Cash flow, Inventory turns, Manufacturing expenses analysis, Standard hours and other Plant related KPIs.- Monthly forecasting for Manufacturing expenses, Inventory, Capital Assets.- Approving Indirect purchases for the plant through ARIBA tool.- Annual Operating Plan (AOP) finalization for the plant which includes Manufacturing Expenses. Headcount, Capital Asset and Inventory.- Monthly Stock count to ensure inventory Accuracy- Internal and Statutory Audit.- Overseeing Indirect Taxation.
