Essential Job Responsibilities:-• Production planning & scheduling for various process.(As per the defined systems i.e.(SOP’S, Work Instructions, Manufacturing Documents & Safety Requirements)• Manpower management & utilization.• Manpower deployment/absenteeism/OT(Right person at the right machine) and monitoring activities.• Monitoring of in process checks, CCPs & their optimization.• Production management though maintaining & optimization of line performance, total down time, labour performance & wastage control.• Raw material planning & dispensing.• Maintain GMP, Documentation, hygiene.• Cleaning & sterilization of equipment as per the defined procedures.• Ensure preventive maintenance, Safety (Man, Machine, Environment), Personal Hygiene and GMP, Coordination with other department for gap closure.• Maintaining the employee relationship and peace on shop floor for smooth operations in shifts.• Daily Production Planning, Target achievements, Foreign bodies checking on
