I was associated with an Investment Bank and I have worked within a team of 5 members. My assigned project has provided me enough exposure to deal with multiple sectors. My role was to provide both market and company research reports based on which stakeholders could take their strategic decision. Also, my responsibilities included data collection from both paid databases & internal resources, and analyse them. Then, we have to prepare a report based on the available information.The report includes both market and company information inclusive of key metrics insights from available information which played a vital role to understand the market potential, growth and other factors.Managing workflow and liaising with requestors. Also, independently working with onshore teams (New York, London, Paris, Chile and Asia-Pacific).Knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of various industries and other concepts such as best practices, strategy, and key performance indicators and frameworks.To manage multiple engagements on time and keep up high accuracy.

Primary Project - I was assigned with a US-based boutique Investment Bank which provides M&A services, Fundraising and others to the Fin-Tech sector.I was part of a 9 members team where I was responsible for both collecting and interpreting data to facilitate decision-making.We have conducted both company and industry research to provide detailed reports including the company’s product offerings, geographical reach, technologies, and others.I was part of developing a methodology to facilitate interactive competitive analysis for different types of Fin-Tech companies using our internal database. Developed good organizational and communication skills, working independently as well as collaborating with the research team. Also, I have worked on ad-hoc projects which require presenting data on Tableau.Quarterly Project –Also, I was associated with an investment firm which deals in early stage, fund of funds and direct investments. I have the sole responsibility of this project and I was reporting to both Senior Manager and Assistant Vice President.My job was to prepare a quarterly portfolio performance report for the client which includes key performance metrics and detailed analysis of the same. This role requires understanding provided data from the clients’ portfolio companies. I used to record data (financial and key metrics) into excel followed by cleaning and analysis of available data. After that, I used to provide the available analysis into detailed reports to the client.The report includes portfolio companies performance over the quarter, capital gain, dividend received and others.It helps the client and their stakeholders to better understand their investments. Also, it helps them to make the next investment strategy to maximise profit or other investment opportunity.

As an intern with Canara Bank, I was assigned with two different jobs. First, I have studied risk management and its impact on the bank. Second, I was assigned with the marketing manager for business development in Bokaro City. I did my research and also, I went through available piece of literature on risk management within Bank. I have learned key steps and tools for the risk management. Simultaneously, I have developed an interpersonal skill while generating new prospects clients for the bank.
