Planing, implementation, monitoring and supervision of CSR activities of Umang Dairies Limited. Stakeholder management. Resource generation in collaboration with NABARD

As CSR Programme Manager I was primarily monitoring and supervising all programs being implemented under CSR activities; representing organization at district level and state level forum. I am accountable for establishing and maintaining healthy business relations in the state with political / government authorities, communities and donors / partners representing at the state level; coordinating at district, state & national level regarding resource generation for the organization; mobilizing resources to extend outreach of the SPARSH.I had been instrumental in fund mobilization from NABARD for the formation and strengthening of 500 dairy interest groups and also for the training of the members of these groups regarding dairy enterprise in the area; developing project proposal for area development for NABRAD.

During my tenure I was providing consultancy support training to the local NGOs regarding enterprise development. I was primarily responsible for Reporting to National Donors (ACC-CSR & NABARD) and International Donors (Misereor, Ford Foundation & HiVOS); Representing organization in various district and state level forums.On regular basis I coordinated at district, state & national level regarding resource generation for the organization; assisted field team in identifying feasible enterprise and enterprise structure; contributed to strategic programmatic direction through identification of needs, opportunities & potential partners. Also I was looking after appropriate use and maintenance of all Udyogini’s assets; established and maintained healthy business relations in the state with political / government authorities, communities and donors / partners representing Udyogini in the state.I dexterously handled projects implementation in 5 Districts (i.e. Katni, Mandla, Shahdol, Annupur & Seoni) and 1 District (Bilaspur) of Chhattisgarh; played a pivotal role in raising funds as per mutually decided strategy with Head-Business Development & Partnership, Head-Operations and CEO.

I joined this organization as Project Officer and progressed to the role of Programme Officer. During my tenure I spearheaded activities related to assessment of small and middle level grassroots NGOs; selection of credible NGOs in 8 districts of Eastern Rajasthan; planning & execution of various training programs for partner NGOs.Also I significantly extended support to small NGOs on organizational development; partner organization for preparation of livelihood intervention plan through cluster development by integrating formed SHGs and innovation projects; seeding fellows who can work on developmental issues like dalit right, child right and various livelihood issues. Apart from this I was accountable for representing the issues related to voluntary sector in Eastern Rajasthan to other stakeholders.
