Promoted to Business and Operations Manager by performing exceptionally and meeting targets and deadlines consistently. Currently, I perform tasks where I impact the business and create opportunities to grow on a daily basis. I enjoy taking the dynamism this role brings. Most importantly it is very satisfying to solve problems pertaining to business and the clientele. Currently working on an idea which has never been done or attempted by any of the companies within the floral industry.

Started with taking care of Inventory and Order Management. During this tenure, I worked with brands like Chanel and Vogue. The biggest achievement was to handle the event decor and the logistics for Vogue Women Of The Year Awards 2018. Undertook cost-cutting techniques to reduce the COGS, along with efficient vendor and order management, which led to increase of Revenue and thus break-even in just 10 months.

Responsible For Sales and Lead generation for a Timber based industry manufacturing caskets and boxes for packaging/storage. The sales had been dipping for the last couple of months before I joined. By making small changes among rules and regulations and by the efficient management system, I was able to turn around the sales in just 2 months. In fact, sales increased by 20%, primarily due to better deals negotiated with Texmaco and Exide Batteries.

Spearheaded a team of 75 strong people. I was able to meet and greet the top professionals from various industries. Companies like Deloitte, EY, KPMG, American Express, McKinsey etc, were greeted on-campus. Helped achieve the best placement record of 100+ placed students. Also formulated and executed the idea of "Internship Fair" which has now become the flagship event of the college.

EncatusSVC was founded by a group of 7 people inside the premises of Sri Venkateswara College. It started with a team of 10 and ended up being 50+ in just 2 months due to social empowering projects undertaken by it. People identified with the work we did. A Not-For-Profit Organization, EnactusSVC undertook two projects named "Project Aushadhi" and "Project Captain Compost". There was also a fundraising project, flagged as "Heartist" which was spearheaded by me and a couple of team members. With the two projects, there was not just an impact created environmentally but it also generated a sustained Job opportunity for the underprivileged.

Nexus is the cultural festival of Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University. It has the reputation of being the "Best Fest in Delhi University". Major Bollywood stars graced the occasions which are spread across 3 days. I was appointed as the Cultural Secretary for Nexus 2015 and I handled a budget of 35 lakhs for the event.
