Manages and responsible for relationship building with all the Key Hotel Chains along with Key Standalone On Trade Chains. Manages all the on trade activations drive cycle and the budget related to the on trade tie ups nationally. Manages the Quality, Distribution, Visibility, Advocacy, Appropriate recommended pricing and Activations. Manage Key On trade accounts in the markets to drive the William Grant & Sons portfolio in order to gain new business, listings, improved positioning and On Trade displays opportunities. Manage compliance levels across entire On Trade channel and building long term business relationship with Key customers. Achieving sales objectives (volume & NSV); preparing an annual key accounts budget; scheduling market wise expenses. Achieving the brand wise availability and listing targets by tracking the WOD on monthly basis for Key Accounts nationally. Worked out an India specific Key Accounts Strategy. Successfully negotiated and closes the CPC’s agreements each year annually with Key Hotel Chains as planned. Worked out an India specific On Trade Segmentation Strategy and Sales Execution Standards by coordination with Global team. Responsible for managing the On Trade Tie Ups and its budget nationally. Works very closely with Regional Teams, Marketing Team and our respective Distributors to deliver the On Trade set deliverables. Coordinates & Supports the regional / distributor teams for closing the On Trade set agendas. Managing the Customer Relationship with the Central Teams in key a/c hotel chains.Achievements: Successfully completed the Growing Leadership Program at William Grant & Sons in 2016.
