I am a 29-year-old South African with over five years of experience in the education sector in Vietnam. My work in this field has allowed me to grow as an educator, manager, and individual.In the past two years, I have shifted from traditional ESL teaching to focusing on small-group instruction for students preparing for language proficiency exams like the TOEFL, IELTS, and D-SAT. It has been incredibly rewarding to witness my students achieve success in these tests and in their broader academic pursuits.Additionally, my management roles have helped me cultivate key skills in problem-solving, personnel relations, and communication, enabling me to become an effective and resilient leader. I have successfully overseen teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and fostering a positive work environment. My ability to resolve conflicts, motivate staff, and adapt to challenges has contributed to achieving organizational goals. I also focus on personal and professional development, helping team members grow and contribute to long-term success.
