It is said a human should never stop learning and the last 9 months that I have worked as a Lead Test Engineer at Collabera has kept me on my Toes and is teaching me a lot. This experience has been a very huge learning curve for me, not only am i learning skills required of a Team Lead in Terms of Project Management and Planning, Managing Team activities and Tasks, Meeting Goals, Implementing CMMI level 5 complaint processes, on the Technical front i have been introduced to the large world of Thermal Printing or as it is commonly know, Label and Bar-code Printing.I have been working for a Client whose products are in the Top three list for Thermal Printing.In this short span i have had the privilege of Testing 4 different products with 4 different Label and Bar-code Languages (DPL, ZPL, EPL & IPL).Each Day I hope I Learn something new in the Field and make it my own.
