Build a member enrolment and training app in Salesforce NPSP sandbox and developer org for the Client’s Salesforce training program to track member’s progress throughout the program● Leads and collaborate with team members to gather requirements & full solution documentation for required delivery using spreadsheet, google docs and also use Jira to align team at scale, improve team operations and deliver better outcome of team work● Weekly meetings to review Salesforce configuration updates and determine next steps for continued process improvement and new enhancement prioritization● Creates custom objects and fields, page layouts, Lightning App Builder apps and pages, reports and dashboards and utilize third party app integration to facilitate streamlined user management● Establish security setting using profiles, permission sets, org-wide defaults, role, sharing rule, teams, password policies, session settings● Implement automation using validation rules, formula, Email templates, Email alerts and flows● Produce training documentation, test and successfully demonstrate end to end life cycle of members from enrolment to job land stage for securing clients approval
