Job responsibilities• Organization and monitoring the banks activity in areas of issuing and acquiring of bank cards and issuing of credit cards. • Managing of merchant’s network• Elaboration and implementation of new issuing and acquiring products, including e-commerce and distant channels (mobile-banking, internet-banking, ATM-banking etc.).• Reporting and analysing of department's activity. • Elaboration and modification of internal rules, procedures, instructions and manuals. • Optimization of workflows (issuing, loan administration, etc)• Creation and modification of contracts with clients and vendors. • Elaboration of bank strategies and business plans in bank cards area. • Participation in courses of qualification improvement for branch staff, • Elaboration and development of loyalty schemes and marketing programs, work with the banks served by processing center, work with the payment organizations and National Bank of Moldova, direct work with large corporate clients, etc.• Project management of the projects, related with elaboration, implementation and optimization in cards and paymentsAchievements• Lunching the first electronic food vouchers, based on the contactless bank cards• Optimizing the workflows in branches due to total restructuring of the bank• First on-line application for credit cards with TTY less, than 2 hours.
