Construction phase material testing and inspection and assisting Geotechnical engineering projects (both in field and office )

At Globewise Engineering Solutions, I lead and manage multifaceted projects focused on Hazard Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Geo-technical and Geophysical Surveys, and GIS-based Mapping. My role involves overseeing project lifecycles from initiation through completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet high standards of quality and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Directed complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely hazard risk assessments and mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Management: Engaged with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations. Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Managed the assessment of potential hazards, providing expert recommendations and solutions to mitigate risks associated with geo-technical and geophysical conditions.Survey Management: Oversaw the execution of geo-technical and geophysical surveys, utilizing advanced technologies and methodologies to collect and analyze data. GIS-Based Mapping: Supervised the development and integration of GIS-based maps, leveraging spatial data to support decision-making processes and enhance project outcomes. Budget & Timeline Management: Monitored project budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to timelines while addressing any deviations promptly. In my role as Geophysicist, I did ;a) Supervision and Analysis of the Seismic Refraction Survey and Resistivity survey at different locations of major active Landslides area of AJ&K.b) Preparation of geological maps and geological cross sections of different areas of the project sites.c) Preparation of Seismic Hazard Microzonation Maps. d) Detailed Litho-Structural mapping of earthquake-prone areas and on the basis of instrumental data, Historical evidence, and preparation/compilation of Seismic Hazard Micro / Macro Zoning Maps.e) Preparing Technical Proposals, Financial Proposals, Terms of Reference (TOR), Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Tender Documents for Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Projects.

During the internship I was accountable for the following taska) Data loading and interpretation exercise on PETREL AND HIS KINGDOM.b) Cross section mapping using the Coral Draw of the Makhori Field.c) Learned and developed knowledge regarding basic Seismic acquisition and processing steps.

As an intern in Exploration department I was accountable for the following task;a) Seismic data interpretation.b) Values calculation using the Well Logs data.
