I was the Assistant to the President of Tech USA, Susan Warner here at the corporate office. My position requires me to wear multiple hats throughout the day. I book/secure all of the internal and external travel needs for the entire complany, process call sheets, reconcile accounts used to book the travel, process the re-bills for travel, recruit for internal/corporate positions, prepare offer letters and process NHP's for new employees, handle special investigator appointments reviewing files on employees, do security clearance checks, and any additional projects that require my assistance as needed on a daily basis. I thrive in this fast paced environment, and remain oragnized although I am often being pulled in several different directions throughout the day! I always welcome the opportunity to learn something new and have additional tasks added to my plate, and am extremely passionate and dedicated to my work.
