As a Lead TSM is I am recognised in Colt as someone who can be trusted with the largest and most significant of Colt customers in terms of being very credible both technically and in terms of understanding the customer’s business and technical requirementsEnsures the solution components are correctly ordered/procured from the various Colt and (potentially) 3rd party sources; Overseeing the solution build and the integration of the components into an effective customer solution, including testing end-to-end to confirm that the technical acceptable criteria have been met Overseeing the transition of the solution both into operations and into the Customer’s environment. May require integrating customer-provided deliverable's into the final solution. Ensuring that the Solution Support manager/team and others in Operations are equipped to support the solution.Maintaining an expert oversight of the solution throughout its life, including providing level 4 support in the event of any major incidents with the solution. By staying in contact with the customer and overseeing the solution the TSM is positioned to provide advice to the customer at end of solution life and when the customer has other solution requirements
