Review all incoming mortgage wholesale loan packages to validate fees and other data documented on the Good Faith Estimate and all loan documents are acceptable prior to acceptance of the Mortgage loan. Review documentation to determine if RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act) disclosure triggers are enabled and expedites loan files through the process to ensure compliance with RESPA regulations. High level of decision making ability to validate the accuracy of the documentation and data provided by the mortgage broker within federal, Dodd-Frank Act compliant and bank compliance. Managing the monthly HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act) report and reviewing all cancelled and denied loans for accuracy and compliance with the Federal Home Mortgage Disclosure Act regulation. Identify and implement system enhancements, new procedures and training as it relates to HMDA and RESPA Regulations per HUD guidelines.
