CurrentEmirate Global Aluminium (Client)End user Team Responsibilities:• Team Management: Oversee team activities, schedule shifts, and manage workloads.• Training and Development: Provide training and professional development for team members.• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate team performance, set goals, and address issues.• Escalation Management: Handle complex or critical issues that require advanced troubleshooting.• Process Improvement: Enhance support efficiency through process optimization and tool updates.• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and improve customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and concerns.• Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports, analyze performance data, and drive improvements.• Resource Management: Manage support resources, including hardware and software, and oversee budgeting.• Communication: Act as a liaison between the support team and other departments or stakeholders.• Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and enforce support policies and procedures.• Crisis Management: Manage high-pressure situations and coordinate responses to critical incidents.Data Center Support Responsibilities:• Hardware Maintenance: Manage and repair servers, storage, and network equipment.• Infrastructure Management: Oversee power, cooling, and environmental controls.• Network Support: Maintain and troubleshoot network components.• System Monitoring: Monitor performance, availability, and security of systems.• Backup and Recovery: Handle data backups and disaster recovery processes.• Security Management: Implement and enforce physical and cybersecurity measures.• Capacity Planning: Plan for and manage resource needs and growth.• Documentation: Maintain records of infrastructure and configurations.• Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for equipment and support.• Incident Management: Address and resolve data center incidents.• Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
