"It's kind of fun to do the impossible"Growing up in a small, rural town in Illinois, I never really got the opportunity to explore my passion of computers and electronics. But, every time that something new came home, I had to play around with it and learn how it worked. My interests in computers really spiked in high school, when I built my own computer, started learning how to code python, and started 3D printing. When it came time to decide where my next academic adventure would take me, the place and field were no-brainers. In the spring of 2017, I was accepted into Rose-Hulman's Computer Engineering program. This was always something that felt extremely hard to accomplish, especially since that's what everyone always told me. It was at this point that I really agreed with Walt Disney, that "It's kind of fun to do the impossible". After learning about some of the possibilities of my field, I have really taken an interest to Embedded Systems. Eventually, I would like to work with embedded systems in research and development.
