Field Operations Manager
Current-Manage and schedule Field Investigators on a daily basis.-Oversee daily billing and ensure accuracy.-Run daily operations meetings to review previous day's cases and strategize for efficiency.-Lead the onboarding process for new employees and provide training and mentoring support.-Obtain necessary licensing for new employees to ensure compliance with regulations.-Serve as the head of fleet management, responsible for New Vehicle Provisioning, Vehicle Maintenance, Vehicle Specification, Financials, and Data Management for Electronic Devices-Oversee training for all new Field Investigators, providing ongoing coaching and support.-Conduct formal Performance Reviews to ensure team success and growth.-Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with team members.-Collaborate with office and investigative staff in a team-oriented environment.-Multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.-Handle investigations work during peak periods as needed.
