I lead a team of Managers, and we carry responsibility for around 70 Organisational Partnerships and over 150 frontline workers across London. As part of my role I carry Fundraising and Industry Relationship Management responsibilities for the Region. The key skills I bring to this role are around People Management, Relationship Management Critical Thinking, Innovation, Creativity and Challenge. I believe setting clear short term goals and objectives in the context of a great team culture are keys to success. Amongst my peers i'm valued for thinking out of the box, brining a Commercial Perspective and Critical Thinking, whilst leading my region well and achieving organisational targets and objectives. Christians Against Poverty (CAP) provides free face to face debt help and local community groups across London and the UK. Our free services, run in partnership with local churches, provide practical and emotional support to people in the most desperate situation. Hearing the back stories of our clients and seeing them getting out of debt, finding a new way forward in life motivates me every day.
