I was the first product hire at Talkdesk, so I wore quite a few product hats when I was there. Among them: - Evaluated our existing billing system, selected a new vendor (Zuora) and implemented that, integrating it with some parts of our existing billing infrastructure that we retained. - Launched our integration with ServiceNow in close collaboration with PM and BD folks at SN. - Helped early AppConnect (Talkdesk's app marketplace) partners design their integrations with Talkdesk. - Launched Talkdesk's SMS product. - Launched Talkdesk's first mobile SDK. - At various times, managed our partner integrations, call routing system, billing system, iOS team and other product areas.Throughout all of these projects, I worked with other relevant teams throughout the company. On the billing system, I gathered requirements from sales management, finance and C-level executives, then trained finance and support on the system once it was in place. For customer-facing products, I trained sales engineering, sales, support and customer success and worked with marketing to ensure they were appropriately messaged externally.

Product Manager for the Blue Jeans platform and partner integrations. I both lead teams of internal engineers building integrations like the ones listed below and help our partners and customers develop their own integrations using our APIs. This includes working with sales, business development and customer success through the sales and post-sales process and providing developer support. While working at Blue Jeans, I have lead several product launches from inception to successful launch and continuing iteration.Product lead for Blue Jeans for Hangouts (http://www.bluejeans.com/hangouts), a product built in partnership with Google that enables users to join Google Hangouts from SIP and H.323 room systems as well as PSTN lines. In platform marketing at Box, my job is to increase usage of our platform by increasing its usability, promoting it to users and developers, and building a large, active developer community.I reach out to and work with third party developers who are integrating their applications with Box.net through our API. I also manage our developer forum and directory of integrations, and help promote partner applications.

While continuing with my duties as an OpenBox Associate, I also work on other projects for the improvement of the platform and product.

I help to expand our developer community through advertising of our APIs, direct outreach to new developers, and by acting as a point of contact for those integrating their services with Box.net.
