CurrentPrimary ResponsibilitiesProgram Management-Facility Management: 33 properties dispersed throughout the Portland, OR Metro area. Commercial, institutional, medical, office and residential property portfolio. 3-5 direct employees. Reactive, preventative maintenance planning, scheduling and oversight. Budget management. Long/short asset management. External contract negotiation, execution and management. Project development and management for new buildouts and remodeling. Design, budget and timeline development, sourcing and negotiating contracts for projects. Oversee all aspects of project from inception to completion. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all county, state and federal codes regarding buildings and life/health safety. -Catering for a Cause: Meal planning, budgeting and development of internal and external food services. Institutional meal services to in-patient treatment centers, both internal and external. Oversight of external service contracts to educational and institutional clients. 3-6 direct employees. Program management, including; budget development, contract management, employee recruitment and long term development planning. - VOAOR Vehicle Donation Program: Oversee program budgeting and development. Manage external service contract providers essential to program operation. Partner donor organization management and recruitment. Responsible for ensuring building safety and code compliance with local, state and federal agencies.Program DevelopmentAssist Director of Business and Properties Development in the review of current programs and in the identification and plan development of new programs organization wide. Primary focus on budget development, funding streams and logistical organization. Grant DevelopmentServe as a key team member in the application and writing of county, state and federal grants.New Property DevelopmentIdentify, research and generate reports on properties for acquisition.
