Primary ResponsibilitiesProgram Management-Facility Management: 33 properties dispersed throughout the Portland, OR Metro area. Commercial, institutional, medical, office and residential property portfolio. 3-5 direct employees. Reactive, preventative maintenance planning, scheduling and oversight. Budget management. Long/short asset management. External contract negotiation, execution and management. Project development and management for new buildouts and remodeling. Design, budget and timeline development, sourcing and negotiating contracts for projects. Oversee all aspects of project from inception to completion. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all county, state and federal codes regarding buildings and life/health safety. -Catering for a Cause: Meal planning, budgeting and development of internal and external food services.
