Hello Everyone! I first and foremost am a black male educator and life long learner. I work as an instructional coach with Black Men Teach. As a former classroom teacher it's exciting to see these fellows on their journey through education and to support them as best I can along the way. I provide coaching through observation and feedback, lesson planning supports, lesson modeling, teacher advocacy. I run professional development sessions (on reading, math, writing). I am always looking to network and learn more about any and everything. triumph and challenge are learning experiences which I use to help me move forward.
