Quickparts is a manufacturing services company dedicated to providing its customers with an online e-commerce system to procure low-volume and high-volume custom manufactured parts. Responsibilities included:- Changing the SDLC to a SCRUM process, which enabled the development team to deliver new features every two weeks. We used Rally to manage and report our progress.- The delivery of an application suite, using ASP.Net and WCF, to manage customer orders. The suite included features to: - Create RFPs. - Create RFQs. - CRM (manage lead, prospect, and customer data). - The ability to monitor customer activity and manage customer communication. - Order management (Project Management System) and tracking. - File management. - Quoting. - Reporting, e.g. supplier KPIs. - Accounts receivable module.
