 Inspect the piping and structural steel of the converting building and tissue building of the new construction Clearwater Paper Plant. Bore scoping all welds made to ensure quality is in accordance with B31.1 code in addition to tracking welder’s certifications, as well as ensuring the crew remains compliant with certification requirements. Provide oversight to ensure welders are following WPS for the correct job at task, maintain surveillance records to ensure production progress, and track loads of piping being shipped for installation. Perform walkdowns of the applicable job-site inspecting punch list items, such as ensuring welds and valves are being installed in accordance with the isometric drawings.
