PhD student assistance to develop and extend an algorithm to derive vehicle odometry basedon visual evaluation of camera images.This working student job emobdied a literature review and the use of C++ programming.

As part of this working student job, I assisted PhD students in the research field of tribology and CAE optimization. This includes the use of the CFD program ANSYS Fluent to simulate fluidic phenomena in squeeze film dampers and the homogenization process in a stirring tank to optimize its technical design.

Withing the scope of this working student job, I helped the executive management with mechanical calculations in "Mathcad". Furhtermore, part of this job was the stability calculation of tanks with the corporate software "Win Shell"and research on Finite-Element-Methods to improve the software's built-in functions.

As part of a three month internship at Lechler Ltd. in St. Charles (IL, USA) the entrusted tasks were: - the development of 3D models using Autodesk Inventor software feature known as I-Model-combining features to increase the efficiency of the engineering team to create concept and approval drawings-collection of test data for a wet FGO project-visit with costumers
