Originally from Hobart, I relocated in 2021 to the Gold Coast to study a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science after receiving the Bond AFL Sports Leadership scholarship. Having completed my undergraduate studies, I have undertaken two exciting new positions. Following a productive university placement at Kings Christian College, I am now employed at a full-time capacity as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. I work with youth athletes aged from 12-18 across a range of sports. My responsibilities range from the traditional S and C roles including the prescription and delivery of exercise programs, testing protocols, and competition initiatives, to sports faculty administration and maintenance. I am also working at the Gold Coast Suns as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of the U16 Males in the Academy space. My responsibilities include programming and delivering strength programs, as well as speed, agility, and conditioning blocks on the field. I am highly passionate about exercise and sport, and aspire to facilitate positive changes in my clients/athletes lives.
