*Attracting Suitable Candidates.*Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.*Organize interview with relevant supervisor.*Send the job offer to the accepted candidates.*Facilitates new employee orientation program for new hires.*Providing recruitment reports to manager.*Responsible for clearance forms and follow up process.*Manage and update employee’s files, database and contracts (renewal and termination).*Submit a monthly report to the account manager with new hires, and resignations.*Prepare the necessary documents for government insurance and follow up the receipt of government health insurance cards.*Follow up on fingerprint attendance and take relevant actions and send warnings letters, labor law registration forms.*Monitor all leaves (annual, sick, emergency, unpaid, etc.).*Support in the monthly payroll preparation. Attend any investigations to ensure compliance of labor law.

*Planning publicity strategies and campaign.*Analyzing media coverage.*Coordinating and analyzing the success of online advertising.*Keeping records of progress, budgets and timescales, and keeping clients/colleagues up to date.
