Major Duties and Responsibilities • Follow Time Attendance process and receiving written tasks for site working employees. • Control Vacations sequence and its compatibility to Co. rules.• Follow-up attendances, absences, delays and overtime hours and issuing reports with that.• Assists in development & maintenance of organizational charts, job descriptions, and department manning tables• Develop and update HR policies & Procedures in order to align all business units and ensure corporate efficiency.• Taking part in recruiting through screening C.V's and scheduling interviews and Making first interview for administration jobs.• Responsible for employees’ social insurance• Responsible for HR Filling System: review, complete, organize and update employees’ files.• Recording employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations.• All HR administration tasks.• Communicate With Other departments, employment, and recruitment.• Assist in any work related to the personnel department.
