Customer Service Specialist (Student Employee)

- Check-in students for their appointments and make sure they have proper documents and IDs.
- Connect students to the appropriate staffs for their specific needs
- Answer incoming calls, voicemails, and daily department emails
- Complete general office-duties (data entry, documenting, and help students submit official forms)
- Follow FERPA privacy practices and data safety-protocols
- Help students navigate company websites: DARS, D2L-Brightspace, E-Services
