Working as a Senior Manager in business advisory at TechnoServe, collaborating with the IKEA Foundation and J-PAL on the Greenr project, I have successfully build & managed a portfolio valued at USD 5.5 million, comprising a diverse range of sustainable startups. In the fiscal year 2023-24, I led a significant 336% increase in portfolio revenue. Additionally, my portfolio companies managed to offset more than 3845.046 metric tons of net CO2 emissions, while focusing on enhancing revenue and margin profitability.Prior to my current role, I established ArtisanRe, a sustainable brand under RPG Enterprise, which focused on promoting sustainable practices in India's textile industry. ArtisanRe successfully achieved a revenue of USD 0.8 million in its inaugural year and remained profitable at the EBITDA level. I also initiated the RPG Foundation Weaving Livelihood Program, aiming to empower women by providing them with training, employment opportunities, and market linkages through a structured EDP model.With over fifteen years of experience i, I bring a wealth of expertise and a strong network to create and expand sustainable and profitable businesses.
