Credit Underwriting of Retail Asset Products & managing the credit team

KeyResponsibilities Primarily handling Credit Underwriting of Commercial Vehicle & Construction Equipment’s Loan & Mortgage LoansAlso having exposure in handling credit underwriting of Auto Loan, Personal Loan, Education Loan & Loan against SecuritiesHaving experience in underwriting large ticket size loan to small and medium enterprises.Understanding the business of the client, need and deployment of the proposed assets/funds and viability of the sameOperate within the guidelines and requirement of the company credit policyMaintaining an appropriate credit risk level by periodic review of customers account and entire portfolioTo monitor non-starter/cheque bouncing trends, maintain adequate knowledge of channels and their sourcing Recommend and make appropriate changes to company credit policy specific to market assignedDirect & manage Credit Department staff to maximize productivity and deliver superior TATResolve disputes with Customer Base and other departments as they relate to receivables and risk managementVisit customers as needed to establish strong business relationships and limit credit risk.Impart and undertake training on time to time basis to internal stakeholdersResponsible for minimizing the observations of internal audit & compliance of audit requirements

Key Responsibilities Credit Underwriting for Commercial Vehicle & Auto Loans for Guwahati, Silchar, Agartala, Tezpur and Shillong Branch by maintaining the desired TAT adhering process and policiesResponsible to support business by having adequate knowledge of market.Maintaining a better Portfolio for all Segments and Products by reducing the ED(Early Delinquent) Customers(60+MOB<18) and having absolute control over Non-Starters(60+MOB<6)Managing team of Credit Assistants for the assigned branches and reviewing their performanceResponsible for minimizing the observations of internal audit & compliance of audit requirementsManaging & Cordinating with External FI Agency, Valuator and RTO AgentsTracking the collection of PDD at its desired levelImpart and undertake training on time to time basis to the stakeholders

Key Responsibilities Credit underwriting of Commercial Vehicle & Auto Loans.Maintaining desired TAT as per prescribed guidelines by adhering approriate process and policy.Monitoring and reducing the Non Starters, maintaining delinquency level in 60+ MOB<13 to the desired level.Reviewing performance of Credit Processing Agency.Imparting training to internal and external stake holders regarding credit process and policies.Responsible for File Audits to reduce Critical and Non-Critical Errors.

Key ResposibilitiesSelling & Marketing of Equity, Debt Mutual Funds & portfolio management services to retail client through assigned distribution channel.Imparting training to assigned distribution channels & conducting investor awareness programs.Exploring opportunities in Institutional sales.Branch mangement & development.
