Inbrew Beverages is heritage to a 50 years old legacy of the alcoholic beverages. Having in its basket, the pioneer to strong beer in the Indian market, Thunderbolt, Inbrew Beverages commands the Indian operations of iconic American Brands like Miller, Blue Moon and UK’s leading lager beer Carling. Inbrew Beverage is also home to some iconic Indian brands such as Green Label Whisky, Blue Riband Gin, Romanov Vodka. In my current role, I am leading Packaging Development for Inbrew Beverage.

1. Parksons Packaging Ltd is a folding box converter and a leading name in the packaging industry. I am leading the print innovation function for Parksons Packaging Ltd.2. My role here is to scout for technologies and innovation opportunities in print, structure and surface finish for folding box board carton and other paper-based formats and to ensure a healthy pipeline of Innovation within the print and graphic domain.3. I work closely with the Material Science Innovation team to co-create new, alternate and sustainable formats which has meaningful value and appreciation by the end consumer. 4. My experience of working with big brand owners helps me provide consumer centric early inputs at the design phase in the innovation pipeline. 5. I work closely with external agencies such as paper board, ink and varnish manufacturer for co-creating customer focused and consumer centric packaging and print options.

1. My role involved designing, developing and validating packaging materials for all Innovation, Renovation and all other pack change projects by following the stage gate process (Gate 1- Concept to Gate 5- Commercialization) to meet the performance action standards of quality, scale, cost & timeline, while managing the design sanity. My role involved broad appreciation for the product category and consumer insight for developing or appraising a design. 2. I provided critical inputs to internal stake holders and design agencies on techno-commercial feasibility for qualifying packaging materials to be recommended for commercialization. 3. My role involved leveraging domain mastery in packaging materials by infusing latest technology in the current portfolio and also to manage the health of innovation pipeline.4. I was involved in orchestrating design table discussions with a wide section of stake holders including both internal (sourcing, manufacturing, quality, brand/ innovation team) external stake holders (design agency, reprographic agency and print converters) to appraise the recommendation of appropriate technology platforms and modality of execution.5. I spearheaded the entire packaging bundle development for Diageo India’s first ever foray in ‘Craft’ alco-beverage space.6. I was instrumental in championing the sustainability agenda by removing 2988 ton of single use ‘Met-Pol’ films from mono-cartons from all brands of Diageo India while contemporizing the look and feel of the brand colours and the packaging attributes by using alternate print technologies.7. I had delivered a sustainable annual saving of Rs 17 cr/- attributed by co-developing, along with external partners “easy-peel labels”, which in turn led to the effective utilization of market return bottles by more than 60% for Diageo India’s biggest brand McDowell No 1.

1. Lead Packaging Development and Packaging Procurement for Spices in Bulk and retail form for customers for Food-Safe and Emerging markets.2. Provide packaging solutions to Marketing Team as per business need.3. Procurement of Packaging Materials for Spices Business, including developing procurement strategy, Vendor Development, Vendor audit & approvals and Cost Negotiations and ensuring 100 % OTIF.4. System Development for Packaging Development Function.

Handled Packaging Development for Regulated Markets (US & EU) for all dosage forms (solid, Liquids, injectables) involving stability of a drug in a particular packaging system and subsequent primary packaging material selection and execution of packaging activity for lab scale, exhibit batches and finally commercial batches at USFDA & MHRA approved facilities. Hands on experience in Blister Packaging, Strip Packaging, HDPE bottles, Desiccants, etc 2. Handled packaging requirements for alternate dosage forms for Dermatological segment such as ointments, gels, lacquer, creams, foams etc, in Lami Tubes, Aluminum Tubes, aerosol cans, glass bottles, etc for Domestic and Regulated Markets.3. Design Packaging as per regulation on Child Resistance, Senior Friendly and Tamper Evident norms.4. Alternate Vendor Development, conducting Vendor audits, Change-part development.
