• Ensure astute partnering with Technology players, ISVs, Global SIs and Tier-2 channel. At all times demonstrate inclusive success.
• Design and execute people strategy that exudes hiring and retaining right talent, enriching their knowledge and capabilities, rewarding and motivating them through disciplined mentorship.

As DGM-Global Technology Services IBM, the charter was to drive one of the key service offerings: Business Continuity & Resiliency Services (BCRS). Developed and grew business across industry segments for North & East of India. The efforts were well recognized; earned new logos especially in BFSI. Successfully led a rich pool of diversified skills.

Successfully established growth trajectory for Tier-I BFSI Accounts. Sun witnessed quantum leap in revenue from BFSI in North & East Region. Earned accolades for large, complex and strategic wins for Sun.

Joined as Regional Manager - West, to drive Brocade's business through OEM partners viz. IBM, Sun, emc, hp, Dell etc. The profile was also responsible to develop business through direct customer interactions. Customer engagements were formated to educate the market on Brocade technology solutions, also overcoming the myth that the solutions from Brocade.

Joined as Regional Sales Manager - West (India) to drive EMC's then recently acquired software business 'Legato'.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing strategies for American award winning voice recognition software ‘KURZWEIL’, focusing on, Market penetration, Market development, Exploring synergistic business ventures with various computer hardware.
• Supervising the development of software interfaced with various Windows based applications in order to enable the application to recognize voice.
• Providing IT solution confined to system hardware and peripherals.Achievements:Created a niche for the product by proper customization of the software and targeting to the focused customer segment thus developing.
