As the Hub Manager for Central and West India at Sustain Plus Energy Foundation, I lead the work on integrating energy across diverse verticals to address the complex issue of poverty. With over 19 years of experience in development, I have in-depth knowledge and skills in social entrepreneurship, non-profit management, and nonprofit organizations. I am also a fellow of the prestigious Beahrs Environmental Leadership Program (ELP) at the University of California, Berkeley, where I learned how to design and implement innovative solutions for environmental and social challenges.My work is recognized by Ashden Awards as globally top impact full project on climate action. My current role involves reaching out to 200,000 households across eight states with one of the biggest renewable energy programs of the nation. I am passionate about empowering rural communities with clean and affordable energy sources that can improve their health, education, and livelihoods. As Area Manager at Tata Trusts, I led a multi-thematic program in Jharkhand encompassing education, sports, and livelihoods, reaching out to 33,000 students across 500 schools in tribal-dominated districts. The program was recognized as one of the top 10 programs under the education category by HCL Foundation in 2020 and 2021. I also have extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation, having created and implemented a platform that collects data on process and output indicators for 101,000 households across four states and 17 partners.
