As the Chief Impact Officer (CIO) at ABC IMPACT, I orchestrate strategic partnerships with international and local entities to combat transport poverty in rural Tanzania, amplifying our reach and impact. My leadership extends beyond operational oversight to include spearheading successful fundraising campaigns, ensuring the sustainability of our mission. Leveraging my expertise in program development for youth and advocacy for women and girls' rights, I contribute to transformative community initiatives. Committed to equipping the next generation with essential skills, I am dedicated to driving positive change and leaving a lasting legacy in the communities we serve.

I worked closely with the lead organizer to implement the TEDxMajengo 2022 vision, along with coordinating and planning this with the communication team to be able to deliver, engage, and meet the vision as we focus on going 90% digital.

I worked with DOT TANZANIA as a lead community leader, overseeing my fellow community leaders from Arusha and Tanga.As the lead CL of the Northern Zone, I oversee the general work of the two regions and assist the team with their involvement in their communities.As community leaders, we are equipped through the digital TOT program to equip our communities with digital skills that will help them grow and enhance their businesses in the digitalized world. This is done through facilitation training of 2 weeks after 1 week of mobilization for the beneficiaries, and hence the last 3rd of graduation, and then anticipating successful stories.

I had a privilege to be part of the organizing team for KAN FESTIVAL 2019 & KAN 2020.

Served as a vice president in the Student organisation for one year. Coordinating different student activities, solving different challenges and behaving as a link between management and the students.
