∙ Implementation of HSE and risk management principles.∙ Prepare all reports and statistics (weekly, monthly, accident/incident, near miss) and submit to HSE manager.∙ Prepare training presentations and conduct internal HSE trainings at all level of staff. ∙ Documentation of HSE as per of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, reporting include Accident investigation, Monthly HSE report capturing all important matter related to HSE. ∙ Daily site inspection to identify hazard and recommend appropriate action. ∙ Facilitate in smooth testing and commissioning of the project by Coordinating between the T&C department and the Contractors.∙ Monitor approved testing and commissioning plans in accordance with project guidelines.∙ Assist and guide project staff to maintain safe workplace during testing and commission.∙ Conduct environmental awareness programs to ensure legal requirements and implement of company Policy. ∙ At site communicating with all levels of work force to address their issues related to HSE ∙ Monitor work to ensure contractors and their employees comply with corporate standards and government legislation and regulation;∙ Investigation of all accidents, incidents and near misses.∙ Safety orientation and induction of new members for EHS awareness and responsibilities. ∙ Periodic Checking of all Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Instrumentation Tools and Equipments. ∙ Prepare evacuation plan and ensure periodic fire drill.
