Responsibilities:1. Plan, organize and participate in implementing building upgrades as part of energy performance contracting projects2. Coordination with subcontractors for project execution3. Plan startup, testing and commissioning activities as per schedule4. Review subcontractors BOQs, shop drawings5. Coordination with consultant for design6. Verify subcontractors completed works are in line with contract requirements7. Prepare Project and installation cost estimation8. Review submitted consultant and contractors proposals and reports9. Create project RFPs based on project requirements and float for proposals10. Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design etc) with Contractor and Consultant to discuss key issues related to project and take effective corrective actions11. Prepare Power House Layout and Single Line Diagrams on Auto CAD12. Attend Pre & Post Sales Technical Meetings13. Industrial solar survey and feasibility reports14. Preparation of feasibility reports for Projects (Gas, diesel Gen sets & chillers, Solar) 15. Solar site survey and feasibility reports16. Preparation of MOM (Minute of Meeting) and visit reports17. Project schedules in MS Project Management18. Project controlling & coordination b/w Company & Client19. Project Progress meetings with contractors & Client20. Selection, sizing and finalization of auxiliaries for Power generation, HVAC etc21. Prepare Project Layouts, P & ID & shop drawings22. Supervise, monitor and control of execution works on EPC & Non-EPC Projects23. Monitor and Control documentation, change requests and report works on each phase of Project work24. Assurance of Vendor work quality25. Site execution as per HVAC shop drawings & approved Submittals26. Implementation of HSE and quality assurance works on site27. Supervision of all site installation & commissioning activities
