I am currently working for CCI as a Field Operations Specialist of Black Sea regional HQ, which contains 16 cities, 54 distributors. My task is basically managing all kind of tailor-made promotional investments for our customers. i.e I find accurate supplier for an execution (such as preparing a Menu for a restaurant; get a signboard done for a grocery store etc.), deal in cost, ensure that each step is done on time.I also determined required TR-All promotional products for my region and so my distributors according to particular parameters, such as sales volume, number of customers or the average store space of the customers etc.

In Sampa I was satisfying the end-to-end requirements of the oversees exhibitions that the company was attending. It contains applying for the exhibition behalf of the company, managing to build the stand and everything that we will need there such as some gifts for the guests and finally organizing the vacations of the guest and reporting whole process both to the company and Turkish Ministry of Economy to be able to enjoy with incentive it provides for foreign trade companies. As time goes on I also started to manage the social media accounts and web-site contents. Moreover, I manage the project of online Loyalty Program development, which provides some gifts in the return of points which our customers gain after their each shopping.

As an Corporate Sales intern, I developed my skills in business development area; such as communication with governmental agencies, negotiation with business partners and adaptation to rapid changes. Moreover, I enjoyed having experience by being in a corporate firm and professional environment.
