Port Baku Towers are one of the iconic symbols of Baku and high-rise office buildings situated next to marine port.It was a great pleasure to be at the forefront of this project and bring life to the premises. Furthermore, establish operational planning processes, assist GM with the definition of the standards and levels of service, provide support to all functional service providers, ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.

I have worked there for 13 years and it is a major and essential part of my life. Natavan BC is the first multifunctional complex in Azerbaijan which was constructed and maintained with the proper norms and standards. I can boldly say that we have grown together and went through exciting journey of success, inspiration and learning. Occupancy rate has never gone below 95% which is the best indicator as per standards.During 2010 I had a great deal by selling Natavan BC to Access Bank for 30 mln. USD. Within period of one year I have designed deliberate selling process including financial audit by PricewaterhouseCoopers and technical audit by Bureau Veritas.

These three companies were under Natavan BC's umbrella and my very first job after graduation. Actually, I was learning to work. That education is priceless. No matter what you achieve in university you are basically unskilled one until someone is willing to compensate you for the effort. That time I was introduced to the basics of FM, operations and finance, events and arts, discipline and routine. I have also learned dealing with rare art pieces and displaying them in galleries and exibitions.
