Innovation • Design and Development • Pitching/Public SpeakingI worked on the Unmanned Robot for Underwater Search and rescue (URSUS) project in collaboration with Dieperzicht for my graduation project during my Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering. Prior to the collaboration with Dieperzicht, I was a part of the team that developed the URSUS project, aimed at aiding firefighters and first respondents in the search and rescue of drowning victims. Essentially, the URSUS aimed to be an autonomous robot used to scan bodies of water to detect victims of drowning, drastically speeding up detection of these victims, and potentially saving lives.During this period, I worked in collaboration with Dieperzicht, and several fire departments across the Netherlands in the development of the URSUS project to have a working prototype. On top of the technical development of the URSUS, I was the face of the project, leading the presentations and pitches to more fire departments across the Netherlands, introducing the URSUS, and evaluating the established interest. Research • Analysis • PresentationDuring this collaborative internship between TU Delft and Suzlon Energy, I researched and analyzed the development of windmill blades, and certain anomalies that were observed within the production process. I performed a multitude of tests, and recorded and presented the observed results to the relevant supervisors to aid in the research process.

Leadership • Discipline • ManagementI held the rank of 3rd Sergeant within the Military Police (Singapore Armed Forces), and was the acting Platoon Sergeant, where I oversaw a platoon of approximately thirty people, being placed in charge of their well-being, schedules, duties, and responsibilities. I acted as the bridge between the platoon I was in charge of, and the commanders that were higher up in the military hierarchy. This greatly developed my leadership style and skills, but also further enhanced my management and communication skills.
