With over 20 years of experience in patent law, I am a passionate and driven Managing Partner at INVOKAT IPS, a leading intellectual property firm in Turkey. I have a CEIPI Diploma in Patent Litigation in Europe, and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering. I have extensive experience and expertise in various fields of technology, especially pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, biotechnology, industrial chemicals, metallurgy and machinery. I have drafted, prosecuted, and defended hundreds of patent applications before the European Patent Office and the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, as well as provided legal opinions, infringement and validity analysis, freedom to operate studies, and licensing and technology transfer advice. I have also been involved in several patent litigations, both as a party's councel and as a court-appointed expert. Some of the notable projects I have worked on include management of large patent portfolios, handling complex patent oppositions and providing key strategies for invalidation and infringement cases of key patents. I have also contributed to multiple publications, seminars, and workshops on patent law and practice.
