My role is to provide strategic advice to the board members and more than two hundred active members of the club with my experience and knowledge.

I am one of the seven board members of the most active business and career student club in Turkey. The club has 11 projects, 5 committees, 7 board members, 30 administrative board and more than two hundred active members.Managing 2 projects and a committee with 3 administrative board member.-ESTIEM (European Students of Industrial Engineering and Management)-Women In Business-Knowledge Management Committee

Dreamstalk (http://www.dreamstalk.org) is the first and only dream platform on the world and I was the project leader of the Dreaamstalk Club at METU. My aim was to call dreams back, helped people to dream and encourage them to pursue their dreams.Turned into an active project from inactive project.Collaborated with non-profit organizations, collected dreams and tried to make them come true.

-Made a project about strengthening communication with employees through digitalized human resources
