I currently serve as a partner at Aydın Law - Catalysys for Sustainability, a boutique law firm that provides legal advice and representation to domestic and international clients in various sectors, including energy, construction, and infrastructure.My core competencies include managing complex legal projects, drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements, advising on mergers and acquisitions, project finance, private equity, and venture capital investments, and ensuring compliance with environmental and corporate governance regulations.
