Aye Thida Win is a public health professional with a Master of Public Health. Aye has a decade's experience in maternal, child, adolescent sexual and reproductive health research, policy, and programming in Myanmar. She has also involved in intervention studies and evaluations of programs aiming to improve adolescents' access to sexual and reproductive health information and services in Magway region, Myanmar. In addition to work focused on adolescent health program, she also has expertise in conducting participatory research with young people from urban and rural area of Myanmar. Prior to joining Burnet in 2015, Aye worked in University of Nursing, Yangon, Myanmar and Nurses and Midwifery training school, Kengtung, Myanmar as an instructor for 4 years, contributing to strengthen research focusing on mental health nursing discipline and support to clinical learning experiences to the nursing students to become competent and skillful nursing personnel. Furthermore, she has contributed to maternal, child health program of Shae Thot project in Central Dry Zone of Myanmar with USAID for 1 year and have participated in Emergency Response program at Nargis Cyclone affected area with Save the Children.
