I provided essential administrative support to the research team at Behavioral & Social Sciences Lab, streamlining operations from start to finish. This included conducting experiment sessions, managing participant recruitment, organising data in MATLAB, getting data ready for analysis, and processing compensation. I also collaborated closely with faculty and staff to optimise research workflows and ensure efficient project execution.
