At the Detroit Regional Partnership, I lead our RFI team on responses to hundreds of unique industrial and office projects. When a company is interested in expanding in the Detroit Region, I develop and package RFI response based on project needs. This includes reaching out to community partners, brokers and the state of Michigan to gather relevant data and resources, and package a comprehensive proposal that builds a compelling case for the region. Each proposal covers everything from our industry ecosystem to our talent pipeline. I take care to provide supplemental materials that can preemptively answer questions that companies may not know they have—whether those materials are broker sheets and utility reports or workforce demographics and local incentives.In my role, I also help coordinate virtual and in-person events for site selectors, such as hosting groups for the Site Selectors Guild and Area Development Magazine.
