Talent Solutions Coordinator
Current• Gain expertise in local, regional, and state talent tools and incentives.• Contribute to establishing and maintaining a comprehensive workforce system partner database, encompassing private, public, state, and nonprofit talent resources and specializations.• Conduct research to identify both traditional and non-traditional talent acquisition resources.• Utilize existing talent databases to extract relevant information.• Formulate processes and create sets of questions for engaging potential partners.• Engage in outreach efforts with individual partners through phone and email communication.• Participate in one-on-one interviews with pertinent talent professionals to establish connections with the Detroit Regional Partnership (DRP) and comprehend the services provided, as well as the industries and geographies they cater to.• Organize and manage information within the database using Excel.• Conduct research and gather information to develop talent plans for prospective companies, respond to RFIs (Request for Information), and collaborate with Business Development and Business Intelligence teams.• Collaborate with the Talent Solutions Director to orchestrate a formalized assembly of workforce system stakeholders, collecting information and establishing partnerships.• Provide support to the marketing team by assisting in the planning and execution of talent-related awareness campaigns.• Write and edit talent-focused content for various platforms including social media, websites, and press releases.• Contribute to the planning and production of talent videos, marketing materials, and collateral.• Implement and manage a talent-content editorial calendar for strategic content distribution.• Contribute to the successful delivery of talent solution services.
