Talent Solutions Coordinator
Current- Gain expertise in local, regional, and state talent tools and incentives.
- Contribute to establishing and maintaining a comprehensive workforce system partner database, encompassing private, public, state, and nonprofit talent resources and specializations.
- Conduct research to identify both traditional and non-traditional talent acquisition resources.
- Utilize existing talent databases to extract relevant information.
- Formulate processes and create sets of questions for engaging potential partners.
- Engage in outreach efforts with individual partners through phone and email communication.
