*As a R&D Specialist I’m responsible for polyurethane adhesives, water-based polyurethane dispersions, silicone&polyurethane sealants, MS/STP/SPUR hybrid polimers&adhesives&sealants, high temperature resistance adhesives&resins*Designing and developing formulations of adhesives, sealants and water-based systems*Following and reporting R&D center projects*All instrumental analyzes including thermal analysis (TGA&DSC), rheology characterizaiton (rheometer&viscometer), structural analysis ( GC-MS&FTIR&universal/tensile testing machine) and all wet-analysis*Raw material tests, supplier visits, technical meetings*University&Industry&Scientific project partnerships (TUBITAK/SAGE)*Technical support to Quality-Control, Production, Marketing&Sales departments*Customer visits and technical trainings*Technical trainings for Marketing&Sales departments*University organizations for sectoral promotions

*Formulation and development of industrial adhesives and sealants (Polyurethane, Water-based polyurethane, silicone)*Alternative raw material tests*Creating and applying of laboratory test methods*Meetings with raw material suppliers*Customer visits / product trials*Raw material / product / alternative raw material analysis (GC/MS - FTIR - TGA/DSC - Rheometer - Viscometer - Mechanical analysis)*Technical reporting and follow-up, and project design within R&D Center

*Analysis of certain ions in various waters*Quality control and reliability of drinking water*Control of harmful organisms in dam and river waters*Various field tasks (sampling, on-site analysis)*Editing necessary official and accreditation documents.
