In my role, I owned complex technical features, breaking down requirements, and drive development through hands-on technical contributions, code reviews, and mentorship. I have experience building and evolving our pilot project, establishing the core architecture and scaling the system to support growth. I've had the opportunity to build and present strategic multi-million dollar business cases to senior leadership, driving product evolution and market expansion opportunities.In addition to my role, I was also a part of an organization-wide initiative to design and review enterprise-level APIs as a step towards standardization. I have been active in our talent initiatives, conducting interviews, and driving university outreach programs.

Developed back-end services with Java and Spring Boot for employee scheduling module in the workforce management domain as part of the scheduling team. Introduced enhanced multi-factor authentication experience, using Angular and Java with Spring Boot. Collaborated with product owners and security directors to find optimal technical solutions balancing application trust and user experience. Pioneered a zero-trust access control system, enabling fine-grained authorization for the platform of new products deployed to the public cloud.
